We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the (Currency required, e.g. AED/USD). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment method, then the details on the Customer’s ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Delivery information such as Customer’s Name, Location, Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

Hotels: Nozhaty does not charge any cancellation service fee on top of the cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

Nozhaty requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.

By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, Nozhaty does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Nozhaty does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

Nozhaty, Nozhaty Affiliates and their respective supplilers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Nozhaty, Nozhaty Affiliates and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.

Nozhaty reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Nozhaty shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

No waiver by Nozhaty of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

If any dispute arises between you and Nozhaty during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Cairo, UAE.

The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Arab republic of Egypt and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated in Arab republic of Egypt.

Payment Terms and Conditions

(Nozhaty ) will never ask, share or store any Credit Card Details, Bank Login/Password or Debit Card Details over phone or email of any customer.

In case payment is flagged by our payment gateway, our team will reach out to you from nozhaty@Nozhaty.com. You will have to send the front and back side of the credit card with the CVV number masked to nozhaty@Nozhaty.com.

If you receive any other e-mail purportedly from Nozhaty requesting your personal or security details, please do not respond to such E-mail. Please forward any such E-mail to nozhaty@Nozhaty.com. and thereafter delete the e-mail immediately.

The User warrants, agrees and confirms that when he / she initiates a payment transaction and / or issues an online payment instruction and provides his / her card / bank details:

• The User is responsible to ensure that the card / bank account details provided by him/her are accurate;
• The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card / bank account for the payment of Nozhaty;
• The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card / bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee.

The User agrees that, to the extent required or permitted by law, Nozhaty, and/ or the Payment Service Provider(s) may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
